Razzmatazz isn’t a social network: only you can see what you make in the app. But videos made with Razzmatazz get posted on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and elsewhere, so this page covers two things:

  • For anyone: if you see a video made with Razzmatazz that uses your face or voice without permission, shares intimate images without consent, infringes your copyright or breaks our rules, tell us. You don’t need an account. We can close the account that made it, delete it from our systems, stop it being made again and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities.
  • For people using the app: if something Razzmatazz generates for you is offensive or harmful, flag it so we can improve our safety filters.

We don’t control copies posted on other platforms. To get a post taken down there, also report it to that platform.

How to report

  • Flag an output in the app: open the video or image and choose Report. It goes straight to our safety team, and you don’t need to leave the app.
  • Report misuse by email: write to safety@razzmatazz.ai. Copyright notices can also go to our designated agent (see “Copyright”).

When you email us, include as much of the following as you can, so we can find who made it and act fast:

  • a link to the post and the account that posted it, or where you saw it and a description of it;
  • what’s wrong, and which rule or right you think it breaks; and
  • how we can reach you.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Intimate images shared without consent

We prohibit intimate images of real people made or shared without their consent, including AI-generated or altered images. You can ask us to remove an intimate image that depicts you, or someone you’re authorized to act for, and we handle these requests the way the US TAKE IT DOWN Act describes.

How to make a removal request. Email safety@razzmatazz.ai with the subject line “Intimate image removal request.” Your request must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts);
  2. an identification of the image or video, and information reasonably sufficient for us to find it, such as a link, a screenshot or a description of where it appears;
  3. a brief statement that you have a good-faith belief that the image or video is not consensual, including any relevant information that helps us decide; and
  4. your contact information, such as your email address.

If you’re acting on someone else’s behalf, tell us, and explain your authority to act for them.

What we do. After we receive a valid request, we remove the image or video from our systems as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, make reasonable efforts to find and remove any identical copies, and act on the account that made it. We don’t require you to prove who you are beyond what’s listed above, and we’ll let you know when we’ve acted. If it’s posted on another platform, report it there too; we’ll support your request where we can.

Child safety

We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or exploits minors. If you see anything like this, report it to us right away at safety@razzmatazz.ai. We remove it, preserve it as the law requires, close the account responsible, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). You can also report directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

Your likeness or impersonation

Characters on Razzmatazz must be fictional, and people may only be recast in videos with their permission. If you believe content made with Razzmatazz uses your face, body or voice without your permission, impersonates you, or falsely suggests you said or did something, email safety@razzmatazz.ai with the subject line “Likeness report.” Tell us where the content is and why you believe it depicts you. We may ask for a photo or other information to confirm the content depicts you; we’ll use it only to handle your report and delete it when we’re done. If you’re reporting for someone else, such as a client or a family member of someone who has died, explain your authority to act for them.

Copyright

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Sending a copyright notice

Send your notice to our designated agent (below). Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or, if there are several, a representative list);
  3. identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed, with information reasonably sufficient for us to find it, such as a link;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Sending a counter-notice

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send our designated agent a counter-notice. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
  4. your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We’ll send your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they don’t tell us within 10 business days that they’ve filed a court action to stop the infringement, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after we received your counter-notice.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. If you’re not sure whether material infringes your rights, consider talking to a lawyer first. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Trademarks

If you believe content made with Razzmatazz misuses your trademark in a way that’s likely to confuse people, email legal@razzmatazz.ai with the subject line “Trademark report.” Include your name and contact information, the trademark and where it’s registered, where the content is, and why you believe it infringes.

Other harmful content

Report harassment, hate, threats, scams, misleading content presented as real, content that removes AI labels, or anything else that breaks our Acceptable use rules to safety@razzmatazz.ai or in the app.

Law enforcement requests

Law enforcement and government agencies should send legal process (such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant) to legal@razzmatazz.ai. We review each request for legal validity and scope, and where the law allows, we notify the affected user before disclosing their information.

In an emergency involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, email legal@razzmatazz.ai with the subject line “Emergency disclosure request” and describe the emergency. We may disclose information without legal process in these cases where the law allows.

What happens after you report

  1. We confirm. We acknowledge reports we receive by email.
  2. We review. A person on our team reviews the report against our Terms and the law. We may ask you for more information.
  3. We act. If content breaks our rules, we remove it or disable access to it, and we may restrict or close the account responsible and report it to authorities. Intimate image removal requests are handled within 48 hours, as described above.
  4. We explain. We tell the person who created the content what we did and why, unless the law prohibits it or it would put someone at risk, and we let you know the outcome where we can.
  5. Appeals. Anyone affected by our decision, including the person who reported, can appeal within 6 months by replying to our message or emailing safety@razzmatazz.ai. A person who wasn’t involved in the original decision reviews every appeal.

We don’t tell the person who created the content who reported it, unless the law requires it (for example, a counter-notice process under copyright law, where the notice is shared with the other side).
